Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions:

In this Agreement:

- "Buyer" means the person who buys or agrees to buy the Product from the Seller.

- "Seller" means YouFirst Chairs Ltd.

- "Product" means the riser recliner chair or adjustable bed that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.

2. Product Conditions:This Agreement applies to both reconditioned and new Products. Reconditioned Products come with a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour from the Seller, while new Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, serviced by YouFirst engineers.

3. Warranty: The Seller provides a 12-month warranty for reconditioned Products from the date of delivery. This warranty covers parts and labour but does not cover the exclusions outlined below. For new Products, the warranty coverage, duration, and terms are as provided by the respective manufacturer. This manufacturer's warranty is additionally backed up by the YouFirst engineers, but its application may vary based on the manufacturer's policies and exclusions.

The following conditions are not covered under this Limited Warranty: General wear & tear.  Damage to upholstery & wooden knuckles. Repair by anyone other than a YouFirst engineer. Improper safekeeping or mishandling of the Product.  Acts of nature/god.

4. Claims: In case of any defects or issues, the Buyer should notify the Seller immediately. Any claims for faulty parts or services under the warranty must be made within the warranty period. Claims made after the expiry of the warranty period will not be entertained.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

5.1 Reconditioned Products: The Buyer may return reconditioned Products for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the Product is returned in the same condition it was delivered. The Buyer may also exchange the reconditioned Product for a different one within 30 days of delivery. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the Product has been damaged or altered in any way by the Buyer.

5.2 New Products:  Due to the made-to-order nature of new Products, refunds or exchanges are not available once the order has been placed. However, a 24-hour cooling-off period is available, during which the Buyer may cancel the order for a full refund. It's the Buyer's responsibility to ensure all product specifications are correct at the time of ordering.

6. Limitation of Liability: The Seller’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the price of the Products. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the sale takes place. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.


By purchasing a Product from YouFirst, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Reconditioned Cancellation Terms

Your right to cancel – The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days. It starts the day after the consumer takes physical possession of the goods, i.e. they are delivered.


To exercise your right to cancel this contract you must inform us by phone, email or completing our online cancellation form.


Upon cancellation, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay 


To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
