Warranty & Rights

All Consumers are covered by their statutory rights & the Consumer Rights Act. On top of this we offer a 12 month, no quibble 'repair or replace' warranty.


What does our warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty Period.

We also cover accidental damage to the chairs mechanical components.

The chairs upholstery & wooden knuckles are excluded.


What will we do to correct problems?

YouFirst will repair the chair at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If we need to take the product away YouFirst will supply a replacement chair until yours is fixed. In the unlikely event that we cannot fix your chair, you will be offered a replacement.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from YouFirst is 12 months from the date of purchase or date of delivery, whichever is later.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from YouFirst.


What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

- General wear & tear

- Damage to upholstery & wooden knuckles

- Repair by anyone other than a YouFirst engineer

- Improper safekeeping or mishhandling

- Acts of nature/god

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy


If you feel the chair is not the right fit, we are happy to exchange the chair free of charge for another YouFirst chair if within 14 Days of purchase. This may be subject to a delivery charge if outside of our delivery area.



The owner of the chair has the right to return the chair within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days from delivery. We can collect the chair free of charge anywhere inside our delivery area. Outside of this area there may be a collection charge.


Returned After 14 days

Any time after 14 days we offer a buy back service. This depends on the age and condition of the chair. All you would need to do is call us on 01903 259 048 and we can make you an offer.

These terms are conditional to the chair being in the same condition to as it was sold. Any marks, stains or damage made after purchase and we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
