This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from YouFirst.


What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, You First will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


What will we do to correct problems?

YouFirst will repair the chair at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If we need to take the product away YouFirst will supply a replacement chair until yours is fixed. A replacement chair is only available for customers in Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, London & Surrey - Outside of this area a local repair service will be used and their terms may vary.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from YouFirst is 12 months from the date of purchase. A replacement chair or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.


What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting           from defects in material or workmanship.

- General wear & tear

- Upholstery

- Repair by anyone other than a YouFirst engineer

- Improper safekeeping or mishhandling

- Acts of nature

Returns Policy

If you have a fault with your chair please refer to the warranty.


All our chairs come with 12 months cover. Please call us on 01903 259 048 to book a YouFirst Engineer call out.

Usually with the sale of pre-owned goods the sale is final and there is no returns policy. At YouFirst however we understand circumstances can change. We always want to be as tranparent as possible with our pricing and services, so please read through our returns policy carefully.


These terms are conditional to the chair being in the same condition to as it was sold. Any marks, stains or damage made after purchase and we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.



If you feel the chair is not the right fit, we are happy to exchange the chair free of charge for another YouFirst chair if within 14 Days of purchase. This may be subject to a delivery charge if outside of Sussex.


Returned Within 24 Hours

We will offer a full refund minus a restocking fee of £95

Any chair that is returned to us will need to go through our servicing and cleaning process again. This of course costs us money and the £95 fee goes towards that.

Returned Within 14 Days

If the chair is returned within 14 days we will consider the time you had the chair a rental period. For everyday you had the chair it would cost just £25 & you would be refunded the rest, minus our restocking fee of £95


Returned After 14 days

Any time after 14 days we offer a buy back service. This depends on the age and condition of the chair. All you would need to do is call us on 01903 259 048 and we can make you an offer.


Returning the chair itself

If we need to come collect the chair there will also be an extra charge (same as delivery cost) We always recommend using a YouFirst engineer or courier to pick up your chair. This ensures we take liability for the chair as soon as it is collected. You are welcome to arrange your own courier however please do select your courier company carefully as we can’t accept liability for any damage in transit.
