Is good service in business dead?

Are the days of decent service over?


Well... only a few decades ago you never had to fill up your own fuel at the petrol station. Hotels catered to every beck and call. Aeroplanes had good food and a decent sized seat. Shop staff had time to spend with you. All these and many many more were staples in all aspects of the service industry. But where have they gone?


The main difference now is that many of these industries are now owned by big business. Usually just on a small branch of a corporate tree. Its more about saving and making money then it is about customer service.

Firstly our chairs have been fully serviced and professionally cleaned. Our chairs are like new but up to 60% off the retail price. But our service doesn't stop there. We offer fast and free delivery to all of Sussex. Trained engineers will arrive at a time to suit you, set up and demonstrate the chair and will not leave until you are completely satisfied. They can always take an existing chair away for you if required, no matter the condition and free of charge.


We also offer a free, no obligation house visit if you are in Sussex and cant make it to our showroom. This way you can try before you buy, even if you're make the journey to us.


So is good service in business dead?


Well in many aspects yes, but not if you find the right company. Choose a local & small business. They will bend over backwards for your custom and always strive to please.
