We have sought the governments' advice and are still available for customers in the Sussex area. We will be working from home, our website is updated daily, with full descriptions, details & measurements of our current chairs.
We are offering FREE delivery anywhere in Sussex, with many options including low or no contact.
Our Showroom
Our shop in Lancing will still be open but by appointment only. This way we can see customers individually in a one to one environment. We will also be cleaning down areas in preparation for your visit. You are welcome to try & we can demonstrate the chair whilst keeping 2 meters apart. Home Visit
As there are many urgent situations where our chairs are needed, we have increased our availability to make free home visits. Out staff has been supplied with hand gel, face masks disposable gloves & these will be worn each visit and disposed of straight away after. With a home visit, we will discus your needs over the phone first and select chair/s that meets your requirements. We can then bring them to you to try. If you wish to purchase, we recommend no contact payments & can accept bank transfer, card or paypal through our website, or through our card machine which we can bring with us, also cleaned prior to use. Our Chairs
Anytime one of our chairs has been sat in by a customer it will go through another clean. Especially the remote and knuckles that would be touched by hands. This doesn't just stop at our chairs, our shop will go through a disinfectant clean prior to every appointment.
We ask if you have any flu-like symptoms, even minor that you please refrain from making a shop visit or booking a home visit for the benefit of our other customers.
