Communal Visits
We understand not everyone who reside in care or assisted living homes can make it to our shop, so we are happy to offer communal visits as well as our home visits. This way we can bring the shop to you, your friends and your neighbours.

Home Visits are done by our own YouFirst Engineers and NOT sales reps.
We would bring a range of different styles, sizes and mechanisms for you to try in your residence lounge or another communal area that is suitable.

There is no obligation to buy and the service is completely free. We use this as an opportunity to spread awareness of the various mobility options available and with our many years expertise, answer any questions you may have.

If you or any residents are interested in purchasing bespoke furniture, we can give you an instant quote which are valid for 30 days. Giving you a chance to think it over and get back to us if and when you want to go ahead.

If you or any residents are interested in any of our reconditioned or ex-display chairs, we can deliver your new chair straight away (as long as its one we have with us otherwise delivery is between 1 to 5 days)
