Terms and Conditions: 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for Bespoke Riser Recliner Chairs
 

1. Introduction
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our bespoke riser recliner chairs. This guarantee allows customers to request a full refund if they find the chair uncomfortable within 14 days of delivery.

 

2. Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to bespoke riser recliner chairs purchased directly from YouFirst. The 14-day period begins on the date the chair is delivered to the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your bespoke riser recliner chair, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Before processing a refund, we will send a third-party assessor to evaluate the chair and make any necessary adjustments to enhance your comfort.

  • If we are unable to arrange for a third-party assessor within the 14-day period, we will still honour the money-back guarantee, provided that you notified us of the issue within the initial 14 days.

  • If, after the assessment and adjustments, you are still not satisfied, we will arrange for the collection of the chair from your location at no additional cost to you.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the chair, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Conditions for Refund

  • The chair must be in its original condition, free from any damage or excessive wear and tear beyond normal use.

  • We reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund if the chair is returned in a condition that requires repair or refurbishment.

5. Original Chair Policy

  • If we removed an existing chair from your home at the time of delivering your new bespoke riser recliner, please note that your original chair cannot be returned to you under any circumstances.

6. Exclusions

  • This money-back guarantee does not cover chairs that have been subject to misuse, unauthorised modifications, or accidental damage.

  • The guarantee applies only to the comfort of the chair; it does not cover issues related to color, fabric choice, or other aesthetic preferences.
