Our experienced team help you make an educated “best guess” on what size and support level will suit them best, based on their height, weight, and mobility — so there’s a safe and supportive chair waiting when they get home.

And here’s the part that gives real peace of mind:

👉 If the chair isn’t quite right, we’ll swap it – free of charge. As long as it’s within the same price range, you won’t pay a penny more. If they prefer an upgraded model, you’ll simply pay the difference.

BEST GUESS Service – Terms & Conditions

Available within 20 miles of Worthing.
Applies to reconditioned riser recliners only.
The initial chair must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with no damage or excessive wear.
Exchanges are free of charge when the replacement chair is of equal value.
If an upgraded model is chosen, you’ll simply pay the difference in price.
Swaps must be requested within 14 days of the chair being received.
