No Contact - No Problem!

Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak we are introducing 'no contact' deliveries.


This can be asked for when you order your chair and can be done in a number of ways, whatever is best to suit your needs. We have disposable gloves and masks available for our staff to wear. These will be disposed of after every delivery.


What we really want to achieve here is to give you control over the delivery process. Each individual person will have a different circumstance they have to adhere to. If the choice is yours then we can still make all of our customers happy over this tough time.


Here are some ways we can proceed with this new process. I know these precautions can sound a bit silly, but we really want to do our best to protect our customers.

Low contact delivery

When we arrive at your door we will take a few steps back and be 2 meters away from you at all times. We will ask where you need the chair and we will set it up for you, with a quick demonstration from a distance.

No contact delivery

If you have family members or friends who can help bring the chair inside we can drop it off outside of your door. We would retreat to our van and wait for the chair to be taken inside. We would never just leave it outside unattended. The chair would be in 2 sections & would need 2 people to lift it. We would also video a demonstration on how to put the chair back together and on how to use it.

Normal delivery

If you would just like a normal delivery that is still also fine. Our staff will still take precautions by wearing disposable gloves for each delivery and wearing a mask if you wanted them to.

Now these are not strict guidelines, however you want us to deliver the chair, we will. We just want to give you the choice. We are all different after all.
