No contact delivery

Due to the recent lockdown of the UK, we have closed our shop until further notice.

If you have an urgent need of one of our chairs however you can still browse our shop online and still purchase through our online store.

We can still offer delivery but on a 'no contact' basis. This can be done 1 of 2 ways.

No contact delivery - 1

If you have family members or friends who can help bring the chair inside we can drop it off outside of your door. We would retreat to our van and wait for the chair to be taken inside. We would never just leave it outside unattended. The chair would be in 2 sections & would need 2 people to lift it. We would also video a demonstration on how to put the chair back together and on how to use it.

No contact delivery - 2

If you are unable to get the chair into your home yourself, we can still enter your home but keep within government guidelines. We will wear gloves and a mask at all times and stand 2 meters away from you at all times. We will set the chair up where you need it and then leave. We would also send you a video demonstration on how to use it.

We understand that although we cannot trade normally, some people may urgently need a rise and recliner chair. Please note we can only offer this service to the people of Sussex.
