How we can still help you...
After a few weeks of opening with social distancing rules in place, we would like to give you an update on how we are continuing to help our customers over this time.
We will continue to be open by appointment only.
This has worked very well and we have had some excellent feedback from customers. By making appointments we can limit the number of customers in the shop which in turn, limits the risk. It also gives us a chance to clean in between visits.
We have also invested in a large supply of PPE, Meaning we have disposable gloves & masks we will use & which would be disposed of after every visit. We can also offer this to you if you want some.
I know down south we have avoided a lot of this outbreak, but as many of our customers are in a high risk category, we are taking extra precautions.
We have had a lot of enquires about our free home visits over the past few weeks. We have stopped this service for the foreseeable future until social distancing rules are changed.
We understand however that in an emergency situation it may be vital you need a home visit, so we are willing to open this service for people who are really in urgent need.
Please only ask for a home visit if:
You have no way of making it to our showroom
You are in urgent need of a Rise & Recliner chair
You have no flu like symptoms, & haven't been in contact with anyone who has
You live in Sussex
You have an area in your home or garden where we can display the chairs at distance
We are also limiting the amount of chairs we will bring with us to just 2. Any chairs that have been tried and brought back will need to be quarantined for 72 hours and cleaned before making its way back into the showroom.
