For your peace of mind, we offer a free 12 month warranty on all of our Rise & Recliner chairs.
Rise & Recliners have many moving parts and electronics that have the potential to break or malfunction. One reason we only stock Sherborne & HSL chairs is because their manufacturing is top quality and the chance of something going wrong is minimal, but we still offer a years warranty to make you feel at ease if something does happen.
We would cover all the component parts for accidental damage & malfunctions. This includes the frame, actuators, motors, cables and control box.
If you have any issues at all, all you would need to do is call us. Our trained engineers would come out to you ASAP. We can usually fix a problem there and then in your home but if for any reason we cannot, we would supply you with another chair whilst the repairs are being completed. All of this is included in our free warranty.
Although our chairs are pre-owned we want to give you the same service as buying new. All of our chairs have been serviced & professionally cleaned before sale. They are like new, just up to 60% off RRP. And with an excellent post sale service, why not choose You First.
When the years warranty is over our service doesn't end there either. Rather than charging you for an extended warranty like most companies we prefer to offer a 'pay by part' service. This means that if something does go wrong, all you need to pay for is the part that we replace, and that is it!
