Even after warranty, we're still here for you!

All our rise & recliner chairs come with a free 12 month warranty, but what happens when that warranty runs out?


A lot of companies would call at this point and ask you to pay for an extended warranty. This means you would be paying more money, for something you might never even use.


At you First however, we prefer to do it another way.


To anyone that has bought a rise & recliner chair from You First, we offer a 'pay by part' service for anyone out of their warranty period. This means you only pay if a problem arises, and you only pay for the replacement part, no labour costs!


We can usually find out what the issue is by just speaking to you over the phone so we will always be clear about the price even before we come round to fix it.


We have put this price list together, so even out of warranty you know exactly how we can help and how much it would cost.



Please be aware that if you are outside of Sussex there may be a travelling charge depending on where you are in the UK. This is easy to find out just by speaking to us and giving your location.


These prices are also subject to change, but we will always update our list whenever a price change happens. We always want to be as transparent as possible with our pricing.

If you are not a You First customer, but have a Sherborne or HSL rise & recliner that needs fixing we can still help.


Below is our price list for non You First customers.
